Overview
The first hull of SilverYachts' SpaceCat series and the yard's collaboration with Espen Øino — a 36-metre power catamaran whose 13.3-metre beam gives her the deck area of a far longer monohull and the stability that only two hulls provide. Interiors are by Pulina Exclusive Interiors; a 5.5-metre pool sits on the aft deck, and four Volvo Penta engines take her to 23 knots with 3,000 nautical miles in reserve. Her shallow draught opens up anchorages a deep keel has to admire from a distance, and her looks have earned her a screen career: she appeared as a location in HBO's The White Lotus. Four cabins for eight guests, crew of nine.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can Spacecat 118 take?
Spacecat 118 sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, with a crew of 9 — more than one crew member per guest.
What is Spacecat 118 like on board?
Spacecat 118 measures 36 m / 118 ft overall. Her 13.3 m / 44 ft beam is what you feel on board: it sets how wide the decks are, and how much room the salon and the sun deck have to work with. At 23 knots flat out she is quick enough that a bay further along the coast stays a decision rather than a plan.
Where does Spacecat 118 cruise?
Spacecat 118 is based in the Mediterranean and cruises the surrounding coastline and islands, on an itinerary planned around your dates and the places you want to see. She carries fuel for 3,000 nautical miles between refuelling stops, so a longer passage out of the region is a question of scheduling rather than capability.
Who built Spacecat 118, and when?
Spacecat 118 was built by SilverYachts in 2022. Her exterior is by Espen Øino and her interior by Pulina Exclusive Interiors.
What is on board Spacecat 118?
The headline items are 5.5 m aft-deck pool, 2 jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling gear. It is worth asking about the rest — crews carry more than the brochure lists, and equipment that is not on board can usually be hired in for a specific charter.
How much does it cost to charter Spacecat 118?
Spacecat 118 starts at €170,000 per week. High summer in the Mediterranean carries a premium over the shoulder months, so the same yacht in late September can cost noticeably less than in early August.
What is included in the charter rate for Spacecat 118?
The weekly fee for Spacecat 118 covers the yacht and her crew. Running costs — fuel, berthing, food, drink and shore expenses — are billed through an Advance Provisioning Allowance, typically around 30% of the fee, paid in advance and reconciled against actual spending at the end of the charter. VAT depends on the countries you cruise, and a gratuity for the crew is customary but entirely at your discretion.
Is Spacecat 118 available to charter?
Spacecat 118 is taking bookings. Prime summer weeks tend to go months ahead, so if your dates are fixed it is worth putting a hold on them early — we can do that while the details are still being agreed.
