2. What this site uses today
Our catalogue is static and our enquiry form needs no session. Only the first entry below is stored without asking; the analytics cookies appear solely if you accept them, and never before.

3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which yachts and cruising regions interest visitors, how people arrive at the site, and which pages fail to hold their attention. It is the only third-party tool on the site: we run no advertising, remarketing, social or profiling cookies, and we sell nothing to anyone.
It loads only after you press “Accept all” on the notice. Decline, or simply close the notice, and the Google script is never requested at all — not merely blocked from setting cookies. Withdrawing consent later stops collection immediately and deletes the analytics cookies described above.
Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor, and analytics data may be transferred to servers outside the EEA, including the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and Google's own safeguards. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email or telephone number: nothing you type into an enquiry form is passed to it, and your IP address is shortened by Google before it is stored.
You can also opt out independently of this site by installing Google's own browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4. Third-party content
Yacht photography, fonts and page assets are served from our own servers, so no third party observes your visit through them — Google Analytics, covered above, is the only outside party involved, and only with your consent. Links to social profiles in our footer are ordinary links: no cookie is set until you choose to follow one, after which that platform's own policy applies.
5. Your choice, and how to change it
The notice at the bottom of the screen offers “Accept all” and “Decline” with equal weight. Closing the notice without choosing is not consent: nothing beyond the strictly necessary record above is stored, and we ask again in a week.
An accepted or declined choice is honoured for 6 months, after which the notice reappears. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
