2. What this site uses today
Our catalogue is static and our enquiry form needs no session. As a result, the only thing we store on your device is the record of your own cookie choice:

3. Analytics and marketing
We currently run no analytics, advertising, social or tracking cookies at all, and we embed no third-party trackers. If we later introduce a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which yachts and regions interest visitors, it will load only after you have accepted analytics cookies on the notice — and this policy and the notice will be updated first, so you will be asked again.
4. Third-party content
Yacht photography, fonts and page assets are served from our own servers, so no third party observes your visit through them. Links to social profiles in our footer are ordinary links: no cookie is set until you choose to follow one, after which that platform's own policy applies.
5. Your choice, and how to change it
The notice at the bottom of the screen offers “Accept all” and “Decline” with equal weight. Closing the notice without choosing is not consent: nothing beyond the strictly necessary record above is stored, and we ask again in a week.
An accepted or declined choice is honoured for 6 months, after which the notice reappears. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
