Overview
The largest and most technically ambitious yacht Golden Yachts has built — 85 metres, delivered in 2018 and refitted in 2024, drawn inside and out by Italy's Studio Vafiadis in a contemporary register with Art Deco undertones, dark woods set against a deliberately calm palette. The master suite sits on the upper deck with 180-degree views, and a lift links four decks. Her foredeck helipad is touch-and-go rather than ornamental, and converts to a sunbathing platform or observation deck when no aircraft is expected. Ten cabins for twelve guests, a crew of 29, and one of the deepest toy inventories in the fleet, headed by a custom limousine tender.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can O'Ptasia take?
O'Ptasia sleeps up to 12 guests in 10 cabins, with a crew of 29 — more than one crew member per guest.
What is O'Ptasia like on board?
O'Ptasia measures 85 m / 279 ft overall. Her 13.8 m / 45 ft beam is what you feel on board: it sets how wide the decks are, and how much room the salon and the sun deck have to work with.
Where does O'Ptasia cruise?
O'Ptasia is based in France and cruises the surrounding coastline and islands, on an itinerary planned around your dates and the places you want to see.
Who built O'Ptasia, and when?
O'Ptasia was built by Golden Yachts in 2018. She was most recently refitted in 2024, so her interiors and systems are newer than her launch year suggests. Her exterior and interior are both by Studio Vafiadis.
What is on board O'Ptasia?
The headline items are swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa & hammam, helipad, gym and cinema. It is worth asking about the rest — crews carry more than the brochure lists, and equipment that is not on board can usually be hired in for a specific charter.
How much does it cost to charter O'Ptasia?
O'Ptasia starts at €950,000 per week. High summer in the Mediterranean carries a premium over the shoulder months, so the same yacht in late September can cost noticeably less than in early August.
What is included in the charter rate for O'Ptasia?
The weekly fee for O'Ptasia covers the yacht and her crew. Running costs — fuel, berthing, food, drink and shore expenses — are billed through an Advance Provisioning Allowance, typically around 30% of the fee, paid in advance and reconciled against actual spending at the end of the charter. VAT depends on the countries you cruise, and a gratuity for the crew is customary but entirely at your discretion.
Is O'Ptasia available to charter?
O'Ptasia is booked for the dates currently in her calendar, but calendars shift. Send your dates and we will check them against the live schedule and put comparable yachts alongside if they are taken.
